Pelican Walk 812 is a beautiful condo that has been completely remodeled with tile floors in every room! Pets Welcome! There is a king bed in the master, King bed in the guest bedroom and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the condo. This unit is right on the beach with a spacious balcony that overlooks the west side pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Perfect for families! Sleeps 8-10 people!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

This property was not clean. Pet hair was everywhere. 2 of the 4 tv’s did not work. Broken blinds in every room. Stained shower curtains and rusted shower rods

Beautiful view of sunsets!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo faces west, was clean and in good shape. Great location, close to grocery stores, and state park, on quiet end of Thomas Drive. As always received great customer service from rental management staff. Would recommend light filtering curtains in two of the bedrooms.

I definitely recommend this unit. We also enjoyed the pickeball/tennis courts and a racquet ball court. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Again floors were very nasty.
