Charming Beach House located down town in Sea Isle City, NJ. Walking distance to everything. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Sleeps 9 with off street parking. Washer, dryer, front deck, back deck, outside shower and 3 full bathrooms. Gas grill, full kitchen, Wifi, Cable. Renters need to bring sheets, towels and toiletries. Only do Full Week rentals from Memorial day to Labor Day. NO PETS & NO SMOKING

This was the first time staying at a VRBO. Great location downtown but if you don’t own a smart car or a Fiat, you will not park in the driveway. We had two SUVs and the one barely fit in the driveway and we had to keep moving the car to get in and out of the backyard with our beach supplies. The central air really only worked in the kitchen. The bedrooms were very warm. The railing on the wall to go to the second floor was pulled out of the wall and the banister on the second floor was unstable. There was empty beer cans in the one bedroom. Dishes were left in the dishwasher. I was really surprised that we had to do the cleaning. On the booking ad it should state that you will need to bring bedding thankfully I brought bedding because I was not sure as being a first time Vrbo renter. For the price I could have rented 2 rooms on the beach and breakfast would have been included for lesser amount.

I apologize about the beer cans. I'll speak with the cleaners. The description and details say linens are not provided. No one else has had this issue. You left trash in the cans which is supposed to be taken home or to the dump if you miss the Saturday pickup.

Great location ! However the house itself was lacking LOTS! No porch furniture on front porch, weeds everywhere. Parking was horrible for large vehicles. Vents and fans cracked with dust. Carpet was disgustingly dirty, left your feet black. Comforters had holes, mattress pads ripped. Mitch had dishes and utensils from the 80’s and were gross. Back deck had broken chairs. Back yard has great potential, but useless as is. Outdoor shower is rotting and falling apart. Hope the owner puts sometime and money into the property.

The house has incredible potential and is in the perfect location. The listing isn’t accurate in that it doesn’t show the third bedroom. House felt a bit dirty upon arrival and was falling apart. The doors to the closet near the kitchen were off the hinges which was not at all safe for a baby and the stove smelled of gas when we tried to use it.

I apologize about the doors. They have since been replaced with much better and safer sliding doors. I've added the 3rd bedroom picture to the listing. That was an oversight on my part.

there was trash in the trash barrels outside that smelled terrible and there was a moldy coffee filled filter filled in the coffee maker. There were broken bifold doors, and some of the beds were not set up properly. it has the potential to be a nice property but need some updating and some fresh paint. Great location and property manager was responsive, but someone should’ve checked in that property before we checked in.
