Very fun and comfortable cabin. We loved the outdoor fireplace and watching movies. Hot tub was clean. Lots of games. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice view.
Pops Place was better than advertised. Clean, well maintained and you can't beat the location. Hot tub was clean and ready when I arrived. House was clean , bedding was clean and fresh. No need to go to the national park to see a black bear, we saw one about 1000 feet from the rental driveway on Breezy Road.Such a relaxing vacation.
Property is tucked away with a few other houses. If your looking for a place with good views, quiet environment, wildlife, and still close to everything. Then this is it. Excellent host and a beautiful house!
What a great experience! Michael was amazing right from the start. The cabin was great (the air hockey table was a plus!) and the view was absolutely amazing! So relaxing to sit by the fire in the outdoor fireplace and just listen to nature as night falls. We don’t get that in the city. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Michael!
I read all the reviews before we booked and thought they were great but after getting there I thought it looked a little run down. The deck definitely needed painted, the furniture including beds were very uncomfortable, the ice maker didn't work and when you used the upstairs shower the water leaked thru to the kitchen downstairs so we all used the one downstairs. View was great and close to alot of places we wanted to go. Only had one kitchen rag and cloth which 2 would of been nice so we could wash one while using the other. A/c was great and we appreciated that. Stairs to get in were very steep but we knew there were stairs.
We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was fantastic, and the water was freshly prepared and very clean as well. The views from the house and the terrace overlooking the mountains and the forest were beautiful. In the evenings, we saw many fireflies, which was truly unique and unforgettable. We can fully recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.
We had planned a short 3 day weekend (as we try to do each fall), our original cabin experience was just short of disastrous and unacceptable. We were concerned we may not be able to find a good cabin and location on such short notice but Michael was able to accommodate. Pops Pinnacle is a beautiful cabin, kitchen is well supplied with everything needed and the entire cabin is decorated very tastefully as well as immaculately clean and well-maintained. The pictures do not do it justice. The outdoor fireplace/over the mantle TV is very nice and shows off a spectacular view of the mountains. The outdoor fireplace is a great touch, especially on the cooler fall nights and watching football outdoors, we spent the majority of out time here. Michael was very helpful and quick to respond to all our questions/correspondences. There are a couple of other cabins in the area but are perfectly spaced apart (so you don't feel completely isolated) with the trees you have to look very closely to see them. We saw a beautiful bear within the first hour of our arrival just foraging through the trees/plants for dinner, such a treat!! We hope to return in the spring and definitely want to stay here again!. Thanks again, Michael for saving our short 3 day weekend, we couldn't have been happier with the cabin and view!!
We plan to go back! Really enjoyed the cabin, the deck was the best part. Beautiful views, great hot tub, and cozy fireplace. A bit secluded, and beautiful.
Loved this cabin! Breathtaking view! The cabin was beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. The host was awesome with communication and relaying all the info you need to make your stay stress free!
