This stylish, historic city home is the perfect base to explore Louisville. Located minutes away from NULU, this contemporary living space has everything you need to make you feel at home - WiFi, Netflix, washer and dryer, king & queen size beds, well-equipped kitchen and tableware.

All of our bedrooms feature a premium memory foam mattress and two pillows per guest. Next to the beds you will find a nightstand complete with a clock, phone chargers, and a sound machine.

Bedroom 1: king sized bed with a 50" TV equipped with Roku and all your streaming apps.

Bedroom 2: queen sized bed with a 50" TV equipped with Roku and all your streaming apps.

Kitchen: Relax in the mornings with a cup of coffee from the Keurig. There are a variety of pots and pans so you can whip up dinner for your family, a romantic meal for two or save money by eating at home before going out. A large fridge is available to hold your leftovers from nearby restaurants.

Double Booked and Cancelled 30 minutes after scheduled check in

Would have loved to given this place a real review but we never got to see it because they cancelled when we requested check-in information after hearing nothing from property manager 30 minutes AFTER our scheduled check-in time. We booked 3 months in advance so were very disappointed when we had to make other arrangements. I find it interesting that there are measures in place to protect property managers from last minute cancellations but there is nothing to protect the customer from cancellations when they list on multiple sites and have poor calendar management.

Nice overall

The home was nice overall. A cute basket with goodies was provided as well as a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The home was also nicely decorated. Really nice water pressure in the shower! The car port was convenient and offered protection from the weather for our car. The things to note that knocked a star from my rating are: the house leans/sags pretty severely. The floors are very slanted. The master bed is quite wobbly and squeaky. (The mattress is very nice though!) The gate and door both stuck, the door needed some serious force to open and shut.
