Great house and great location!

The large porch was perfect for an outdoor meal, and the game room was fun for everyone. It's a nice, quiet location, but still close to downtown Helen. Our large family had a wonderful weekend!

Amazing stay!

From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. I received clear communication from the management company and the check-in process and stay went really well. I love where the house is located and how it matches the listing description. This property provides so many amenities and supplies to make your trip a success. I highly recommend it for large groups!

Family Reunion

Wonderful property very well stocked! Great for children with s large safe yard space. Very private. Host Team FANTASTIC. Called with an issues and they immediately sent a team. Highly recommend!

I feel the listing is deceiving. First it says open pool as an amenity. They are referring to an unheated hot tub. That is not an open pool in my mind. Second the listing is for sleeps 28 10 bedrooms, it does says two properties but makes it seem they are close to one another. In reality they are 20 minutes apart which we found inconvenient. Since one family had to leave early every evening to put kids to bed etc. Also internet was spotty at the lodge and cell service unavailable at the cabin. This was not made known until 48 hours before available when I finally received address of cabin. The concierge never answered the phone you always had to leave a message and wait for answer. The codes for the hot tubs at both properties had to be requested instead of being given on first day. The properties are lovely but the web site needs to be amended.

Good:Host was very responsive and communicative. Mountain lodge was spacious, beautiful and well stocked.Bad:Was surprised with a 1250 deposit hours before check in. Multiple dishes were dirty upon arrival.Mold spotted in two bathrooms. Sink in upstairs room was clogged and we were unable to unclog.Second cabin, which is listed as an 8 minute drive, was actually 17 minutes away.

This is the third year in a row that we have enjoyed this property. My family so enjoys coming back to this well appointed, comfortable lodge. You can actually feel the stress leave your body driving up your this wonderful, inviting home. We’ll be back!
