The cabin was so cozy. The way the cabin sits with the river behind it makes it feel secluded. There is a lot of privacy. The hot rub is clean and gets really hot. Its really convenient to the little town of Helen.

Great cabin! The River House is the best!

Super amazing cabin on the river! Close to Helen downtown, far away enough to feel isolated from hustle and bustle. I will definitely return to this property!

Excellent location! Wonderful outdoor space at this home with large tv, hot tub, fire pit, and plenty of seating to enjoy the weather and sounds of nature. Secluded but close to the downtown area dining, shopping, and excursions.

Covered porch is everything!

House was nice and comfortable and very close to Helen. The covered porch was why we chose this property and it had everything you could want - view of the river, hot tub to relax in with privacy, fire pit and nice big TV. We spent all of our time outside! Nice and relaxing getaway!

Great location to everything

Great location to town, attractions and the beautiful surrounding falls! Cozy cabin with great outdoor area to relax, cook and just look at the beautiful river below. Fishing was great for the guys and the kids enjoyed playing in the shallow areas and searching for rocks. Just so peaceful! Check in extremely easy and communication with owner was spot on

This cabin was perfect for our long weekend of relaxation! It was right out of town on the river. The only thing we weren’t expecting was all of the people on the River out the back. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great place!

We loved the house. The back deck was where we spent a lot of time. The big flat screen by the hot tub was so relaxing. There are a lot of people that access an area across the river to fish and hang out so it wasn’t totally private feeling but everything else was amazing! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property with nice amenities. All the comforts of home. Plenty of space for a family. Beautiful view of river and loved that our part of the river didn’t include tubers floating by. Easy access to town. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Beautiful huge home! Walked down the deck to the river and did some fly fishing and caught several and released! Back porch is HUGE with a hot tub and grill. Owner was very sweet and attentive! Would love to stay here again in near future!

Fantastic Vacation Place

Cabin was just as advertised plus more. The ad does not do this cabin justice. IT was very spacious for a cabin. The person that decorated it did a great job. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was very clean. They thought of everything to make our stay great. The view from the huge deck as well as the windows was very beautiful and we were only five minutes from downtown Helen. Would defiantly stay again.

We loved this house! The back deck is amazing. It was so fun to relax in the hot tub with the flat screen TV right there or just listen to the sounds of nature. The river area out back is beautiful! There were quite a few people at the public access area across the river and occasionally they came across but they seemed friendly.

Such a wonderful mountain oasis!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend for our anniversary. We wanted to explore Helen and the mountains. It was such a wonderful experience and the house more than met our expectations! It had a very warm, mountain cabin feel with all the modern amenities to make your stay amazing! We had an issue with the heat while we were there but it was resolved quickly. The outdoor space is amazing and we hope to bring our children when the weather is nice and tube in the river. The location is amazing, away from everything but super close to town and on a main road which makes it very convenient to go explore and then come back to the house! We highly recommend this house and can't wait to stay again!

We love this house. It’s is our second time staying here. The river out back is very beautiful and relaxing. We sat in it every day to relax and read. The host this time was different than the one we had the first time. The communication wasn’t as good but any concerns were addressed. The first time just felt more outgoing and friendly. I am used to hosts sending recommendations on activities and food and being communicative during our stay. The house itself needs a few minor repairs but the back deck, hot tub, and flat screen out back are amazing. We would love to stay here again. The first time we didn’t do the tubing in town but I would recommend it! It was fun but less busy during the week. There are some great waterfall hikes nearby as well.

Fun times

Everything was perfect. Even we had problems with the T V and the owners went right away to purchase a new one . So we didn’t miss no college football time. They were super nice. The cabin we stayed in was great. My second year staying there and I will be back hopefully next year 😊
