This cozy 1,060 square foot cottage is right around the corner from the restaurant and beer garden, the market, wine bar, cottage rentals and of course the beach! A Stone's Throw has the perfect blend, with close proximity to the action outside and ultimate relaxation inside. With two bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed, and a full sleeper sectional on the main level, it is the perfect space for two, four or a group of six.

On the main level you will find a cozy spot to lounge and enjoy a movie or show on the large flat panel smart TV, or connect your music via Bluetooth to a premium sound bar system and gear up to get down. The kitchen boasts beautiful Quartz counters, an island to huddle around and a gas range, perfect for family dinners. Walk out the back porch and you'll find a gas grill and a couple of Adirondacks. A few more steps and you'll enter the courtyard, where you will enjoy a warm fire and plenty of space to kick your feet up and relax with friends or even a good book.
Each bedroom is equipped with a HD flat screen smart TV, Blu-ray player, cable and iPod player. Outside your bedroom, at the top of the stairs there is a washer and dryer for your sandy clothes, after a great day at the beach. Don't miss the community pool and hot tub - open year around!

Location was fantastic. Kitchen well stocked. Bathroom towels were at a minimum. The toilet paper holders kept falling off the wall and the cupboard door under the sink fell off the hinges every single time you opened it. Other than those annoying few things it was good.
