Relax in this Orchard Cottage located in the heart of the Farm District. This is a perfect place to combine the excitement of the beach and the peacefulness of the farm all in one getaway. Seabrook’s downtown and sandy beaches are just a short walk or bike ride away, which you will be sure to enjoy as you take in everything the community has to offer.

Heart Song is a great place to spend with family and friends. Unwind on the front porch rocking chairs and watch the orchard trees grow while you take in the beautiful views of Horseshoe Park and Windgate Barn. Once inside you will find a cozy, yet spacious cabin with a great room, loft, bedroom and bathroom. Get creative in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and table for four - or relax and have a glass of wine while sitting on the sectional sofa in front of the gas fireplace. Just down the hall you will find the back-entryway that leads to your very own parking space, bathroom, and the main floor bedroom. That’s not all, you can also climb up the ladder and experience loft style sleeping in the twin beds.

It was a good stay - nice community, clean house, check-in and check-out was easy, communication was great. Lots to do for kids. Primary reason to rate this "good" instead of "great" was the poor WiFi connection in the house. For the price, and given the ubiquity of Internet devices, I expect that the WiFi in the vacation home should be at least stable. The house had several dead spots, and the WiFi kept dropping. The community sent someone to check the issue, but that didn't really solve the issues.

Great getaway

Our stay at this cottage in Seabrook was totally pleasant. The cottage was clean, stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive.

Quaint and Cozy

Heart Song was a pleasant retreat for a few days while we checked out the Seabrook project. The unit is compact and four adults would be crowded but two adults and two children would work well. All the necessities were there and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Liked being near the horses and garden. Great biking for kids, want to return with grandkids. Quiet and serene. It would be wonderful if a bank of electric chargers could be added there, so people charging cars don't have to walk back to city center. Also with respect to Seabrook as a whole...we love it. Could use more and better restaurants.

A beautiful property, but .... Kitchen outfitting is not complete. No storage containers... no plastic wrap or aluminum foil.... No basic condiments such as salt & pepper Heating & air conditioning did not work properly, and no instructions for using them. TV video was very difficult to operate, with no instructions.
