From the moment you arrive at It’s A Wonderful Life you are swept away to a beach paradise. Walk along the beautiful front yard, right onto the west-facing covered front porch, relax on the porch chairs and you are taken to the laid-back lifestyle of Seabrook.

Located just outside of town center, It’s A Wonderful Life is in the perfect location for a quick trip to the store, a leisurely dinner in town, swim in the indoor pool or a whole day at the beach. We are also fortunate to be located steps away from a covered community gazebo with a fireplace! Here you can enjoy a glass of wine or make your favorite s’mores with the kids. Directly out the back door, step right onto a trail running alongside the conservation area.

Inside, It’s A Wonderful Life is ideal for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal you want to whip up. You can grill up your favorite meat and veggies on the gas grill outside. With a dedicated gas line, you never have to worry about running out of propane.

Grab some popcorn and pop in a movie from the large selection supplied or bring your own. Don’t miss any episodes of your favorite shows, the TV upstairs has a ROKU. On chilly nights, start up a fire in the gas fireplace and play a board game as a family.
Seeking some solitude or a great place to read? You are not going to want to miss the enclosed back porch. Bring your binoculars for some bird watching right through the windows.

You may be exhausted after a day at the beach. It’s A Wonderful Life features 3 beautiful bedrooms. On the top floor, you will find one bedroom with a queen bed and two twins in the other bedroom. The lower level has a queen bedroom, perfect for a couple.

Great spot

We had a great time during our stay. The house was nicely stocked with all the essentials. Plenary of towels, blankets, beach towels, ect. They even had supplies so we could bake while we were there. The grill was clean and had propane. We had a 2 year old and 6 year old with us and the rooms and accommodations were great for them. Highly recommend this location and enjoying the town of Seabrook.

I’ll be back!

This house had a very inviting theme for people of all ages and the house was very well stocked…from all the utensils and appliances that you might need in the kitchen, to lots of movies, puzzles and games for fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and would stay there again. One item…our adult niece and nephew noted that the bed upstairs was uncomfortable and that they rolled toward the center.

Disneyland/Movie land. Not Beach Atmosphere

House was movie /disney themed. At beach not Disney land with Mickey Mouse ear carpet. Movie posters everywhere. Tacky. Did not feel like we were at the beach. BBQ grill was extremely dirty with food chunks on grate. No stopper for kitchen sink. Cable remote did not work. Would not stay there again. very disappointed.
