Leadership Retreat

Had a group of 12 and the space was perfect. Played pickleball, corn hole, went to the beach and the town center and just enjoyed some time together.

Great house and location, but needs work

Sea Biscuit is a great family house, fairly clean, well laid out and well appointed. However, there were issues that should be addressed if asking such a high price for the rental. Rotted/mildewed areas around the base of shower doors or bathtubs in three bathrooms, flooring peeling up in the master bath, kitchen cabinet doors falling off their hinges. Also a gross pink taffy-like substance that had apparently melted, then hardened onto a baseboard in the third floor bedroom. Looked like it had been there a while. Overall we had a great time but it seems that Seabrook rentals needs to check their properties more often for damage/repairs.
