Bare Bones but Clean & Convenient

We stayed here with our teenage son and young daughter while visiting family in the nearby Solivita community. The house was clean, price was good, and location was perfect. Our impression was maybe this is an income property for a construction company. The house was sparsely furnished/outfitted but functional. For instance the kitchen had all major appliances but almost none of the standard utensils/daily needs, so it was not useful for cooking or meals. Laundry appliances worked and we used them daily. The kids loved the pool table. Host responded to messages in a timely fashion. Met all our basic needs, we would stay here again.

Very comfy stay.

The property was as I looked online. There were very little issues but the host addressed them in no time. My kids and I became ill while on our stay and didn't check out in time and the host was very understanding. I'd definitely stay here again. My kids enjoyed themselves 💜💜

Everything was great and exactly as described and pictured.

We are a family of 6 and we rented this property to stay in while visiting my parents that live in the nearby Solivita neighborhood. For us, everything was great. It's a nice house in a nice neighborhood with nearby dining and grocery store options. Everything was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. I have no problem recommending this property and we will most likely book another stay here in the future. This was my first time using VRBO and am very pleased with the whole experience.

Decent

There was nothing wrong with the stay it was just below basic. Hotels offer more as far as entertainment. There's only 1 small tv in the living room area. This property has 3 bedrooms and should accommodate families just a little better. Maybe have more things for anyone to do besides sleep while staying at this property. But for what it is as it stands its clean and was comfortable to rest and shower.
