We arrived 4 hrs after our check-in time. At such time, the place was flithy dirty and not cleaned from last people. Opon contacting host they tried to put us in an alternate site in a bad neighborhood. We instead waited for them to clean it until 11:15 pm. When we got in there the shower curtain was very dirty the shower leaked water, and the bed frame was bent and unstable.We were also told we couldn't use the pool because it was broken but found out during our stay that it was not broken and was just fine. There was a couple of cockroaches in there also. Altogether the worst vrbo experience ever

Perfect small cottage for the 2 of us and our dogs. We stayed while visiting our son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren, who recently moved to Lakeland. The host was helpful and the kids enjoyed pool time.

Place was as advertised. We were visiting my dad in the hospital in Brandon, FL so we were not at the house very often. Close to most stores, Places to eat etc. We had a nice stay.

It was clean place. But I would fix the shower curtain better. You have to watch trying to clean yourself while taking a shower. The water will go outside of shower. Onto the floor. And we couldn’t get the tv to work right. Other than that. Was clean and nice.

Th property great location That being said... Pool Cleanliness , smocking apparently out in the car park . We were un aware that we would be sharing said properly with families with children., We where schedule for 3 nights To are disappointment we only stayed one evening. We have stayed at outer properties with in your organization and have had a lovely time, clearly this was not the case Wi highest regards Humberto Sepulveda

Clean Pool House With No Steps

I stayed at this property for three nights with one adult family member. It was the perfect size for two adults and two dogs. The house was very clean when we arrived. The air was running and there was ice in the freezer. The furniture and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to park at the front door, and there was no step up to get into the house. This made packing and unpacking much easier. This would be a good rental for older adults or those in a wheelchair. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was an easy, quick drive to the RP Funding Center. You do have to share the driveway with the other rental unit on the property. This was not a problem for us as the other family left earlier and returned later than we did. We greatly appreciate being able to take our dogs with us. This rental accepts dogs of any size. This is a perk that is very hard to find. We hope to return in the future. Thank you.
