Summary:
Cozy Seal Slumber: (Pet Friendly) 2-bedroom dwelling sleeps four! Known as the Green Door, it is attached to a classic Smith River Oceanfront home. We welcome one pet. An extra-large dog walking area is included. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time. Meander down the direct beach access trail with your pet and spend the day at the beach, play in the sand, bravely go into the ocean water, or relax in the shared courtyard area. Smart TV BYO(Bring Your Own Content)

The Space:
The property is Ocean Front, however you DO NOT have a view from the inside of the unit.(Check back a private deck a view is coming soon)!There is NO Kitchen. There will be other guests on the property
If you have a large group you can rent all 3 spaces. Look at Sea Otter Snooze & The Whale Watcher.

Getting Around:
There is a red, white and blue flag at the corner of the property.
Turn into the driveway by the north side of the mailbox.
Follow driveway to the end. Parking is on the left beside the garage.
At the west corner of the garage, enter the courtyard.
Your "Cozy Seal Slumber" home is the one with the green door.

Other Things to Note:
Weather:
Our weather can be very temperamental around this time of year. It can be sunny
one minute and pouring the next. So please make sure all the windows and doors are closed
when you leave.
Beach:
The path to the beach is at the Northwest corner of the backyard. Please use caution
when walking down to the beach.
A basket in the entry contains striped beach towels and a beach mat. Please only use
the striped towels when you go to the beach. When returning from the beach, please store
sandy towels and mat in the basket.
Inside:
Please wipe your feet on the mats inside and outside of each door. Sand tracks all over
the house if you don’t.
Extra blankets are in the closet.
There is a first aid kit in the medicine cabinet.

3- Parking Area
Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.
