This BRAND NEW 2-bedroom house in Smith River is perfect for your escape to relaxation. Sleeps 4-5. BEACH ACCESS just steps away at the end of the cul-de-sac. Less than a mile to the Oregon border. 10-minute drive to Brookings, OR and 25-minutes to Crescent City, CA. Both areas have many breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Endless trails, beaches, redwoods and adventures await!

Primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite primary bath with dual sinks, large shower, 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, with full on bottom and twin on top. Hallway bath offers tub and shower combo and one sink. Beautiful vinyl plank floors throughout provide a comfortable durable surface.

Our lovely property offers a peaceful retreat for guests. Ocean views and sunsets from covered front porch, kitchen, living and primary bedroom. Enjoy the cozy living room with a large new 'L' shaped sofa that can be used as a bed, WiFi, beautiful electric fireplace, TV, full kitchen with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, laundry room with washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheets for added convenience. New concrete pads on both sides of the house to easily wash off sand from the beach.

We look forward to hosting you at our place. Soaps and linens provided. This is our family vacation home with lots of love put into it. Please treat it like it is your own. More amenities coming soon!

Loved the easy access to the beach! The house was spotless and comfortable. Host was easy to contact if needed. We were out and about with family and the power went out. We were unaware but the Host was on top of it and let us know what we may need. Everything was in by the time we arrived back to the house. I would add additional bath towels or mat for bathrooms. Also loved that there were two types of coffee makers, I would suggest that the one drip machine have an automatic turn off for safety.
