Upon entering the home, on the first floor is the 1st bedroom, this bedroom includes a flat screen smart TV, and a king bed. Right next door is the oversized 2nd bedroom, this bedroom has 3 custom built in twin beds each with their own trundle bed below, and overhead custom storage. This bedroom has an oversized flatscreen smart TV-this is the perfect room for kids or for a movie night. Adjacent to the two downstairs bedrooms is the 1st laundry room, this room has direct access to the outdoor patio which has an outdoor shower. Through the laundry room you then access the 1st bathroom. This relaxing bathroom has a walk in glass shower and vanity.

On the 2nd level of this home guests will fall in love with the open concept layout of the main living space, it allows the opportunity for all guests to be together at the same time without sacrificing comfort or the stunning oceanfront views this home provides. Through the pocket door is the 2nd bathroom, this bathroom is conveniently located on the main level, and has a full walk in glass shower. Past the bathroom to the right is the immaculate living room with floor to ceiling windows offering up the most beautiful direct ocean views.The living room includes a large flatscreen smart TV and fireplace. Across from the living room is the dining room table, which can accommodate 10 guests. Right behind the dining room is the oceanfront kitchen, with its oversized island that can seat up to 4 guests at the barstool area. Guests will enjoy cooking in this luxury grade kitchen, and when it comes to dishes guests will be comforted in knowing there are two full dishwashers! Right outside the kitchen guests can access the 2nd floor's spacious balcony, and start their day with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise.

Onto the 3rd floor of this home, guests will find the 3rd bedroom on the left which includes a king bed, flat screen smart TV, built in custom dresser/closet, and ensuite bathroom. In the 3rd bathroom guests will be greeted with motion sensor lights, vanity, and walk in shower. Across the hall guests will find the 2nd laundry room. This laundry room also includes a washer, dryer, and sink. Guests will then see the 4th bedroom, which is the master to their right. Guests will immediately see panoramic ocean views through the floor to ceiling windows. This room has a king bed, custom built in closet/dresser combination, private oceanfront balcony, and an ensuite master bathroom. Guests will be greeted with those panoramic ocean views as they enter the master bathroom. There is a double sink vanity, separate water closet, and spa grade walk in double shower. Right outside the 1st master bedroom is the kitchenette. This elevated amenity includes a microwave, beverage refrigerator, sink, and filtered water spout. Guests will be excited to see that the 5th bedroom on the left is a nearly identical master bedroom. What makes this bedroom unique is the walk-in closet, and the ensuite master bathroom which includes a soaking tub, and walk-in glass shower. Across the hallway guests will find the 6th bedroom, this bedroom also has a king bed, flat screen smart TV, custom built in closet/dresser combination, with an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a vanity.

The rooftop observation deck is accessible from the 3rd floor. The deck includes 360 degree views of Amelia Island's 13 mile beach!
