Great family home!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and had everything we needed for our family trip. The kids especially loved the arcade game and board games. The location is great and is close to a grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants. We definitely plan on staying here again on our next trip to Fresno.

Great Fresno location

Property is very clean. Owners were very responsive with questions. They mentioned that the pool was cold in their ad and yes, it is! This property is close to many really good restaurants.

Fresno Happy Place

We loved this house. Exceptionally clean, great layout, comfy beds, and outstanding outdoor area with pool. Limited cooking supplies, but all the utensils you might need. Nice coffee making set up and very nice wine glasses. We got lucky with perfect weather. Several good restaurants near by.

Summer break with grandkids

A beautiful property. Fully remodeled. Very clean, comfortable, fully equipped with everything we needed. It even had oatmeal packets, coffee, mints, tissue packets, hand sanitizers and much more. Our grandkids especially loved the pool in this triple digit weather. And the game corner with the Bart Simpson arcade, different board games, were a hit!!! The laundry room was a definite plus for grandparents like us. Thank you again so much for a very comfortable, fun and beautiful stay!!!

No Hot Water! Had no other option but to leave within two days of stay and find a hotel for the rest of vacation which was not easy to do in Fresno CA. The management company did not have the courtesy to contact us via phone to explain that the parts to fix the water heater would not arrive until after our stay. Instead, they texted us. Unfortunately, prior to our arrival, my husband got into accident and is in a soft cast boot. The description of the layout of the home does not let you know that there is a sunk-in leaving room in the center of the dwelling that connects the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area. This was a big surprise at arrival, and we are lucky he could get up and down a step. And last but not least, the home owner must have gotten burned regarding parties at the house prior to our arrival. I had to acknowledge at least three times that we would not have parties at the house. I thought I was in the Nick Saban VBRO commercial - because of surveillance cameras outside of the property - not comfortable!

Terrible experience

La casa es muy linda, pero la experiencia fue muy mala, desgastante, frustrante y de hecho dañó nuestras vacaciones. No pude entrar a la propiedad hasta muy tarde, no hubo agua caliente, había una cámara en una de las secciones familiares, no se contestaron mis mensajes, tuvioque salir de la propiedad, nunca me arreglaron el problema del agua caliente. Cuando alquilé la propiedad apareció que podíamos usar el garaje y al llegar nos dimos cuenta que no teníamos acceso a el. Tuvimos que alquilar otra propiedad del último momento. Después de estar ya fuera de la propiedad tuve una llamada donde el host me insulto. Pero quiero dejar claro que Vrbo nos ayudó y respaldó muy profesionalmente y estamos muy agradecidos con las medidas y sanciones que tomaron.
