Josh was a wonderful host! We had a group of 8 and absolutely loved our time at the house. The place was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and he even had the most delicious cookies waiting for us! Thank you, Josh!

Amazing experience for my family on my birthday! Few minute walk from the beach and lots of amenities. I cooked every day and the kitchen had everything! More than we needed I loved our stay here! Definitely will come back for a beach trip again!

The house and location were great. The house was so beautiful and every room felt like it had a wonderful touch - perfect for families. Our favorite spot to hangout was in front of the fireplace watching movies. Wonderful kitchen as well with everything you need to cook or bake. Small in-law was also great. Internet speed was fantastic.

Would stay again. We had a family of 11, and it was a great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Nicely equipped kitchen. The only downside is the upstairs bathroom is small for the 3 bedrooms. It was inconvenient sharing the other 2 bathrooms. Probably awkward if sharing with non-family. In July, I was concerned about not having Air Conditioning when the days were warm. The upstairs was a little warm, but cooled off in the evening. Kids loved being within walking distance of the beach. Cookies when we arrived was a nice unexpected treat. Unexpectedly, we were able to tightly park 4 cars, with only 2 used on a daily basis. On check-out day, there was the Warf-to-Warf race, and the one road out of the area was closed from 8:00-10:30. Fortunately, no one had an early flight to catch.

A charming home with great location

Our family enjoyed everything about this home. The location, the home layout, and the outside yard were all first rate. Short walk to the beach. Our family all expressed their desire to return for another stay.
