Amazing property for our large group!
We stayed here for a long weekend with our group of 7 adults and 1 infant. We absolutely loved this property, and it was the perfect place for our large group. We would love to come back again in a heartbeat!
The three levels of the property worked out great, since our group included multiple families from all across the U.S. Having separation with the three levels for sleeping and also communal places to gather, like the game room and living room, worked out great for our group. Everyone had plenty of space, privacy, and separation, but also enough room for everyone to come together when desired. The backyard was wonderful and enjoyable, with beautiful landscaping and gardens, multiple levels, and various seating areas. We had dogs with us, and they loved exploring the backyard, too. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. The beds were all very, very comfortable. The house stayed cool enough for us, and we did not even need to use any of the fans we brought with us.
The location was fantastic. Close to downtown Santa Cruz and to Capitola, and to all the other destinations we had on our list. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Josh was very helpful during our stay and before our stay as well. His responses were quick and helpful, and he made sure our stay was excellent!
I truly can't say enough good things about this property. By far the best vacation rental we have stayed in!
