A quick 10 minutes to 5th avenue shopping, restaurants and the beach. Enjoy morning light on the front lanai and views of the lake, fountain and sunsets from the the spacious back lanai. The carport is steps from the front door to make your stay easy and enjoyable, a wonderful place to enjoy relaxing and recreating in Naples.

Falling Waters condo

Very clean! The mattress and pillows need to be replaced. The no fragrance policy was a bit overkill.

Why they chose this property

We looked a long while before finding our home in Naples. We love the bright kitchen, the spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The views from the lanai and the Falling Waters community and amenities cannot be beat. The pool is so relaxing and so big you never feel crowded--it's always easy to find a lounge chair. The grounds at Falling waters are so well maintained. Every day is a day at a resort. We particularly love the clay tennis courts.
