Our spacious 5BR home on 1.5 acres with a large lawn, 4K movie theater, game room, baby proofing & high-speed WiFi is perfect for exploring the Catskills year-round!

Just 12 min to Hunter Mountain, 5 min to Tannersville, .5 mile to Kaaterskill Falls, and 1 mile to North-South Lake beaches. Features a fully equipped kitchen, remodeled basement with play area, 3 sound systems, and a dedicated office space. Relax in nature, enjoy the outdoors, or stay entertained inside. Your perfect getaway awaits!

Enjoy a fun-filled and relaxing stay at our spacious home, perfect for families, groups, gamers and movie lovers alike!

Cook in a well-equipped kitchen or fire up the large gas grill on the deck (propane provided). Spend your days playing cornhole or bocce on the lawn, roasting s’mores around the fire pit (firewood included), or challenging friends and family to ping pong, air hockey, or board games.

For families with young children, we’ve added baby-proofing features, including baby gates on the stairs. Our brand-new playroom is stocked with toys and kids’ books to keep little ones entertained.

When you’re ready to unwind, cozy up with a book by the gas stove in our great room with vaulted ceilings. For movie lovers and sports fans, our private 100” 4K movie theater offers a true cinematic experience, complete with Dolby Atmos surround sound and 9 THX speakers, including ceiling speakers. Sink into one of 8 powered recliners or 4 comfortable leather bar stools in stadium-style seating and enjoy immersive, theater-quality viewing. We also provide a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray player with a selection of movies that showcase the system’s incredible visuals and sound, or you can bring your own or plug in your game console for added entertainment.

While the home doesn’t have central air, every room is thoughtfully air conditioned from June through September. The main living space features a powerful 14,000 BTU LG unit, and each bedroom is equipped with either a heat pump or window AC. For added comfort, four of the five bedrooms also include ceiling fans to keep air moving on milder days.

We enjoyed this comfy-cozy get away

This house was perfect for our needs. It had great amenities and we loved the downstairs game rooms. Also, was nice hanging outside by the fire pit with nearby hiking as well. The host was very attentive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back again next ski season.

Beautiful House in the Catskills

Annual golf trip with friends 6th year running and couldnt be more happy with everything the house offered. Great area to sit around a fire. Good golfing in the area especially for upstate. The house was very clean and had air in every room. Game room was cool and cant beat the location near the interstate. The owner was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again. 5 stars!

Another Great Ski Weekend!

It was a wonderful surprise to find a new state-of-the-art home theater with a hundred inch projection screen in he newly refinished basement area. This place has all the amenities you could need including spacious living, fully functional kitchen, personal bath towels in our room, ping pong and of course, the backyard fire pit. Our VRBO host was always in close communication to ensure that everything was OK. Already looking forward to next year!

Well equipped family getaway

This home was perfect for our family ski weekend. The property is well located close to Hunter Mountain, with lots of restaurants and other activities nearby. The home itself is well laid out with lots of bedrooms and nicely separated entertainment spaces. Our kids loved the vast bookshelves full of board games and the big backyard. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking or baking. The whole house is very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very responsive, and checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we need. We'd love to go back.

What makes this property unique

Our home is ideal for families and for the outdoor enthusiasts who love games or just need to relax in the woods. We are a short walk from Kaaterskill Falls and the miles of hiking trails in Catskill State Park. We also have over one acre of maintained lawn where you can throw a frisbee, use our cornhole or bocce and grill and dine on our deck. Kids love the swing set and the tree house and just having the space to run around.

When the weather isn't cooperating there is plenty to do in our large indoor space. Our main living room has a cathedral ceiling with views of the woods and plenty of board games to ride out a storm. Our finished basement and separate game room offer additional space to play and relax on a rainy day or hot night. We have three high def surround sound systems with blue tooth connectivity to play all your jams in every living area. We are a short drive to the adorable town of Tannersville where you can find some great restaurants and antique shops and we're a 12 minute drive to Hunter Mountain.
