Boat parking available on the property with beautiful sunset at Matanzas River. Beautifully decorated with nautical/beach theme, remodeled kitchen, master bedroom with King size bed and bathroom. The cozy guest room includes a twin bunk bed and a double bed. Additional sleeping sofa bed in the living room. Kick back and relax! Take a dip in the pool, walk to the beach, fish in the river, play tennis/pickleball, or grill at the barbecue area.
