This beautiful 3 br Villa is located in a newly built gated and quiet residence just 1 min walk from the famous Punta Popy beach, and only a few steps away from all the great spots the town has to offer. Best restaurants, a beach boardwalk and diving/ kite surfing schools are just around the corner. A small shop with wide selection of drinks for added convenience. Tucked away at a private cul-de-sac, the brand new complex offers a family friendly pool, lush landscaping and plenty of parking.
Let’s get to the Villa. This 3 bedroom villa offers a first floor living/dining/kitchen area full of custom decorated furniture for the most discerning of guests. On the second floor you will find a master bedroom with a lavish King size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a cozy Queen size bed and the third bedroom two Twin beds both sharing another bathroom on that floor.
Whether you a couple or group of 6 people, you’ll find space and comfort for everyone. And let’s not forget about the incredible garden and patio where you can relax and enjoy at any time of the day.
