Very serene location with privacy and terrific view of the marshland in front yard and beach woods in back and side yards. 5 minute walk to the beach although it was VERY small yet there is another public beach 4x larger and just a half mile easy walk from the house. This house doesn't offer towels or linens; not a problem for us. The description states enclosed outdoor shower--that should read "partially enclosed shower" and we refrained from doing laundry when we saw the condition of the washing machine. The covered and uncovered decking was enjoyable for spending time with family and friends. The interior provided a good cozy layout but requires a much needed deep cleaning--and ONE roll of toilet paper for the week? That's ridiculous. Superb location but house needs cleaning overhaul.
