This cute VRBO is enough for 2-4 people. The inside was clean when we arrived, and the decorations throughout were adorable. The kitchen was well stocked. The backyard, with fire pit, grill, and lights, was so inviting. Mary Katherine kept in contact with us before, during, and after our stay. It’s an easy walk to town and the neighborhood is lovely.

Beautiful home! My only wish is it could have been cooler temperature wise and not stormed as much! Enjoyed being so close to everything. Was especially happy that our little girl dog was allowed to be with us!

This is the most amazing VRBO we have EVER stayed in. Beyond our expectations! Beautiful, comfortable, clean and decorated with a local vibe. The location was perfect! We will only want to stay here when we come back. Our host kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!

This cottage was beautiful, clean and well stocked with more than you usually expect from a rental. Little extras in the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor space were awesome. Mary Katherine has great decorating taste , and we even asked her about a few things for our home! Rent yourself a golf cart and you are set to go to enjoy all they offer in Apalachicola!!

We love this property! This is the 4th year in a row that we have stayed here for the Apalachicola Tour of Homes. It's perfect for a family or 2 couples - clean, comfortable, charming, and walkable to downtown Apalachicola. Hope to come back again next year.

This cottage was the most well equipped and provisioned of any VRBO we have stayed in. The building was clean, the owner had user manuals for all appliances, references to most dining and activities in the surrounding area. The fenced in back yard was great for outside relaxing and dog activities. The location is in a quiet area with easy walking access to down town.We totally enjoyed our seven night stay.

Apalachicola Visit

Daphne was a fantastic host and the cottage was perfect for our stay. In short walking distance to the great food and drink that can be found in downtown Apalachicola. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay at the comfy cottage in Apalachicola. Mary Katherine, our host, did a great job decorating and everything was in nice shape. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was fenced for our little dogs, had lots of lawn furniture and even a smokeless fire pit which we really enjoyed.

Our hosts,Mary and Jay were the BEST! Easy to reach, very welcoming, gave us great info before arrivalThe cottage is lovely. Warm, cozy, well appointed, great location. They even added an outdoor fire pit after we inquired if the cottage had one. Best ever hosts!

Friends weekend getaway

The house was very comfortable, close to downtown, and all of us felt very relaxed in the home, even the dog. Definitely will stay again when we are in that area again.

The home was very clean and uncluttered. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies, snacks, and coffee! The towels were of great quality and there were plenty of them. It is a great pet friendly home. Water bowls, towels, and dog mat were provided. The appliances were in great shape and everything was in working order. The washer and dryer were a great addition to the home, as well as the completely fenced back yard. There is a small park next door and across from the home is a historical cemetery. Great areas for walking and the location to downtown Apalachicola was perfect. The host was easy to access and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay at this location on return trips to the area.
