Didn't get check in or out instructions, had to call vrbo customer service to get ahold of the host and they didn't provide me anything for my dissatisfaction, I stood outside the apartment for 30 minutes making phone calls trying to enter the property in the rain. The stay itself was fine, some cosmetic damage here and there but overall a clean place. They started construction the day I arrived, and the weather didn't cooperate enough for us to use the pool. Honestly if you need a cheap place to stay overnight, this is your spot. Cool 7/11 up the street.

I had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host provided clear instructions which made everything smooth from the start.The home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. I especially appreciated how quiet and comfortable the space felt after a long day.Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Was given instructions to park in the back lot, parked in lot then woke up to leave and my car was towed. Then was told that he told me to park in a numbered spot. Was not told that! I have the instructions from check in and they do NOT say anything about a numbered spot! Majority of the parking spots are not numbered and the ones numbered you cannot read the numbers this was not stated during check in. I have pictures of everything! I was told ONLY to park in the back lot. So I had to pay 240.00 to get my car back! I left due to my car possibly being towed AGAIN!! This is his fault due to lack of communication and he will not take accountability for it. So I’m out my money and it ruined my trip and I was late for my scheduled outing this morning I had planned due to having to get my car out of impound!

Pleasant

We stayed a week and found the space to be very comfortable. Just what we needed for our small family. The space was clean and well cared for and located conveniently to just about anywhere you might need to go. Host was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

this was a great place to stay. It was exactly as listed. I was a little weary coming to Chicago, but I felt safe here and had no problems. It’s about an hour outside of the actual city.

Dance competition in Schaumburg

Concert getaway

Wife and I stayed here to go to a cover at United Center. We Uber’d in and back from concert. Property was newly remodeled and well taken care of. No issues!! I would definitely recommend this property and communication with owner was outstanding for any questions.

Room to spread out

We stayed here when visiting family and it was much more roomy than hotel. Good space for clothes. Decent size kitchen but could use more amenities like dish towels and better silverware. The air conditioning is a bit loud at night. I liked the pool and side walks and a park to walk in. The apartment is set within several brick apartments that are well taken care of with trees.

Not interested in city life

Property was exactly as listed. Everything was modern and comfy. We attended an event at the convention center in Rosemont which was only 15-20 minutes away. It was easy to get there from the location. The pool was nice to have to cool off even though the person attending the pool tried to tell us that only residents in two buildings were allowed to use the pool. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Comfy and Quiet!

My 9 year old daughter and I stayed at the apartment this past weekend. The one bedroom apartment is fully renovated and up to date. It is well supplied. The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept on the couch. We used our own bed pillows so I cannot comment on the comfort of those. I felt safe on the property and the area was very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the area!
