Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley, an up-and-coming resort-style community designed for adventure! Currently, in the early stages of a 400-unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the water park, guests will also be able to use a recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, and other features! This community is also perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center or one of many Southern Utah outdoor experiences!

Great Experience

House was just as advertised. Very clean and easy to check in and follow instructions. Loved the house layout with two master suites that both had doors to the outdoor patio and lots of room for kids both little and big.

Nice house with so many accommodations!

Our family and friends had an amazing time at the Slice of Heaven. We packed so many unnecessary items as the property had nearly everything we needed including games, activities, high chairs, pack n plays, hair dryers, etc. The house was large enough to accommodate our party of 21 with room to spare. The only issue we encountered was with the pool but the property managers reached out and were able to quickly resolve the matter over the phone. Our party spent a lot of time in the pool and really had no complaints or major issues to report. Thanks for a great vacation!
