Perfect for digital nomads, all bedrooms have work desks, fast WiFi, and smart devices for a productive and convenient stay. Additionally, our home is senior and disabled friendly, making it accessible to all. Whether you're seeking a relaxing workcation or a getaway, Zen Haus has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Nestled in a quiet south hills neighborhood, this oasis is just a mile away from the University of Oregon and Hayward Field, making it the perfect location for university visitors, hospital workers, and anyone looking to explore the Eugene area.

Our spacious and stylishly decorated home boasts a large bathroom that will make your stay extra luxurious. Featuring a walk-in rainfall shower, handheld sprayers, a built-in bench and ADA compliant handrails, you'll feel pampered and comfortable every time you step in.

But the real highlight of this property is the breathtaking west-facing views of the valley. Whether you're enjoying a cup of coffee in the zen garden in the morning or sipping a glass of wine as the sun sets, the view will leave you speechless. And when you're ready to explore, you'll be pleased to know that we're within walking distance to parks, golf, a water park, cafes, and shopping. If hiking is your thing, you'll love the proximity to some of the best trails in the area.

And last but not least, our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm. From high-end fixtures like granite countertops to appliances, cookware and utensils, you'll have everything you need to create delicious meals during your stay.

We strive to make your stay as convenient and stress-free as possible with our self check-in process and keyless entry system. Plus, if you need anything during your stay, we're just a quick phone call, message, or email away.

Take advantage of your own private access to our tranquil zen garden, where you can unwind and relax in peace. And when it comes to parking, you'll have room for up to two cars on the RIGHT side of our driveway. Please keep in mind that our home is situated on a hill, so we kindly ask that you exercise caution when navigating the slight incline.

• Quiet hours 10:00 pm-7:00 am especially outdoors

BEFORE CHECK-OUT AT 10:00am:

• Leave house the way you found it (no need to make/strip beds)

• Used towels in bathtub/shower

• Dishes in dishwasher or sink

• Kindly take trash/recycling out to bins

• Early check in request: $50

• Late check out request: $50 first two hours

• Your furry companions are more than welcome here! We happily accommodate up to two dogs during your stay, with a fee of $150 per dog
