This house was amazing and checked everyone in my families boxes. It’s in a great location that it’s away from the boardwalk crowds but close to the amazing restaurants. Highly recommended!

Stunning home on Sanborn Street in Point Pleasant

The house was immaculate and well stocked with all of the comforts of home for cooking inside and barbequing by the pool. Everything in the house was labeled to perfection so there was no chance of putting anything back in the wrong place. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It was a wonderful stay. I met the owner on the day of departure, and she was delightful. I would definitely rent this property again without hesitation.

While this house had enough space to accommodate our family of 9 and a lovely pool and backyard, there are a few issues that will prevent us from coming back unless they change.1) Upon arrival, we got timed out of the front door lock and waited 10 minutes for someone at the rental company to reset the lock code.2) As out of state travelers, it was crazy to us that we had to fly all day, drive 1.5 hours from PHL and arrive with no linens. I didn't find out about renting linens until 1 month prior from another review. The recommended linen company's sheets and towels were very cheap.3) Asking renters to bring the final few days trash a half mile away is crazy. We tried to bring it where we were told, but the place closes at 3pm on Fridays and won't have time on Saturday morning. We'll be leaving all of our trash in the cans and paying the fine. How can your cleaning crew not take the trash away themselves?4) The number of labels IN ALL CAPS all over the kitchen is very strange. The number of redundant and unnecessary instructions was crazy.5) The room listed with 3 twin beds only has 2 beds - it's misleading to call a roll away bed a third bed.All in all, we had an awesome time, but will look for other houses in the future.

great place for family retreat

we have rented several homes, one of the better ones. It is incredibly well kept, the pool and backyard were great - toys for the pool, kids and adults, working grill very well kept. the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. the kitchen and family room areas are spacious and well kept. There were many thoughtful simple items: big coffee cups, plenty of dishware, spice rack. all well marked and very functional area in general. the only complaint is the stove and oven were a bit hard to figure out. neither would lite easily. You have to rent your own towels and linen .. a first for us in over 20 rentals. Overall though it was clean, convenient to beach and boardwalk and a great place for a family of 12 at all ages and stages

My stay

The house and property were beautiful! The pool could have been hotter. Pool guy said heater was not working. Also under no circumstances should renters be responsible to remove garbage from the property. There should be an outside company responsible for that. I had to put garbage in my very expensive vehicle and it smelled. That should be a priority for the owners to rectify. Thanks .

We had an exceptional vacation. Every detail in the house was perfect. It was stocked with toys, kitchen items, and was kept immaculate. The pool and yard are beautiful.

Kassie and James, the managing realtors were so fantastic and easy to work with. I had so many questions as we were traveling with 4 kids and 2 dogs and they were always there to answer my questions with many different answers helping me ease my worries. The property was beautiful, well maintained, meticulously organized, and stocked with whatever needed to have a fun week. The location was great, we walked to the inlet, boardwalk, saltys and many restaurants throughout the week. The yard is so fun for all ages, it's very well thought out and designed for a family fun trip. I can't say how happy I am with Kassie, she was just such a love to work with.
