Central Phoenix condo close to everywhere in the Valley. Spring Training baseball facilities in every direction within 20 minutes (some closer). Less than 20 minutes to Scottsdale and the Glendale Westgate Entertainment District. 10 minutes to downtown Phoenix and less than 5 minutes to Central Phx dining (Postinos, The Windsor, Federal Pizza, JoyRide, and Churn). Phoenix area hospitals within 10 minutes. Super comfortable newly furnished. Flat Screen TV's in all rooms with YouTube TV and access to all streaming entertainment apps. Community pool steps away and large back patio with seating area. BBQ and Pool towels as well.

I did enjoy my stay as did my daughter but I do want to be forthcoming about things we noticed. 1) there is a musty smell you notice every time you enter. The place was very neat and clean. I did appreciate the washer and dryer. However 2) the dryer doesnt seem to be working like it should is t drying or sensing correctly. There were opened foods ( a can of nuts and a half eaten bag of chips) left in the cupboard. 3) the ice maker didn’t work. I loved the enclosed back pato space but our umbrella was tipped over and unfortunately I could not fix that on my own. Upstairs the first bedroom had all the amenities and was in very good shape. In the master there was no TV, no mattress pad, there were only 2 mismatched pillows on the bed other than decorative pillows. The toilet paper upstairs was practically see through. There was bar soap left in the shower. The lighting in the master bedroom is also awful. But the carpeting upstairs looked new and everything was clean. We arrived after dark and it was a little difficult to see the pole with the lock boxes. I wish there had been a couple of chairs on the upstairs patio we could have sat on. I did appreciate your suggestions for things to do in the area and we did visit Stand Up Live actually went to their Sunday morning Lady Gaga drag brunch.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Lance was very quick to address any needs or issues we had! He’s hands down the best host I’ve had.

Phoenix trip

Easy access. Clean. Lots of extra supplies. Property manager was responsive and proactive. Property needs some attention and updating. Internet was great! Parking was close. Met our needs.
