We had a great time other than the weather not being the best. The view was wonderful. It was nice and modern. The decor was well done and comfortable. The kitchen had most of anything you would need. We loved sitting on the balcony just watching the ocean. Would definitely recommend!!

Great place to stay. The only drawback was there was a little walk to the beach going through the other condo complex. No big deal just bring wheels to make it easier to get there. The host was very communicative and responsive to questions. All in all a great trip would recommend!

Great Getaway Spot

Loved this property and its location. Condo was very clean, plenty of towels and amenities, along with being a right on the beach with a pool! Can’t wait to go back.

Waking up to the ocean is never a bad view but this condo could use some deep cleaning. Superficially it’s a clean place but the couch cushions and deck furniture are old and stained, kitchen is scatterdly stocked and ice maker doesn’t work. Beach access is completely closed to the condo so you have to walk a ways to get there-thru the parking lot to the houses next door to use their access path.

The condo was great, the view was excellent, the pool was really nice. It would have been fantastic if the beach would have been easily available. I know you can’t help that they are working on the erosion problem. The water above where they working was yucky! We ended up driving with all our beach paraphernalia a half mile down the beach to avoid the dirty looking water. Would have been nice to go in for lunch and the bathroom. Other than that we had a really good time. And by the way y’all must walk faster than me because that short 5 minute walk was more like 15 minutes.

Hosts were welcoming. Issues with master bathroom shower that the company took care of and gave us a credit. That was very acceptable. I would say that some of the amenities were just OK but on all it was a good place to stay for the price.

Wonderful respite stay

We spent a week at this beautiful property at Wild Dunes. Condo was very well equipped with the comforts of home and located in a quiet area. Highly recommend.

Seascapes was a penthouse ocean view villa! We had a grand time… 3 bed, 3 bath was perfect for us! The patio was relaxing with an incredible view of the ocean. Great communication with Carrol Realty. They were helpful with our late checkout. Be prepared to clean up the condo before leaving (condo rules). Little amenities would have been appreciated. Games and books were salable. A great retreat!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful! So nice! Clean! Beautifully decorated! Perfect view. Rooms were huge. Everyone we met were so nice and friendly. Had zero issues the entire stay! Cant wait to come back and stay longer!

Great little area in isle of palms, beach was great during low tide…kinda tight on high tide but very private and awesome condo!! Balcony was great. Food choices were close by and all inside a gated community.

great location

We loved our stay in Wild Dunes. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view is great, loved having the table outside for patio dining. Kids loved the pool in addition to the beach, getting to both is so close and easy. Loved this quiet end of the beach. It never felt crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Firstly, the management company that manages this property does an excellent job with respect to pre-stay communication and providing check in and check out procedures. However, while we understand acts of God are out of the hands of management, the beach access for the property was closed for beach work. Our "beach trip" and ocean front property did not allow us direct access without a hearty walk to the adjacent property's access. One of the main reasons the property was selected was due to beach access that we did not have during our stay. Secondly, the third bedroom was a major influence with our selection of this property. The third bedroom (upstairs loft) was so hot that we doubled up people in beds downstairs and did not utilize it. Even with a fan and the AC running properly downstairs, the upstairs was uncomfortable. Had we been privy to either of these things, much less both, we would not have selected this property. We sent a message to the management company at the end of our stay expressing our general disappointment with these things in a respectful way and that message was completely ignored.

Spacious accommodations in a great location

The property was as described, short walk to the beach, and the pool right out the backdoor. The kids loved everything and it is also close to Huey’s for a bite to eat. The only suggestion is the maid service should vacuum under the couches. We dropped something and had to go under the couch, and it clearly does not get cleaned.

There were a number of issues needing repair. The view from the condo was excellent. However, all access to the beach was locked the entire time. The pool was closed most days due to large amounts of sand on the pool floor. The pool cleaner worked only a short period of time each day. The ice maker did not work (missing parts). The dryer took hours to dry a small amount of laundry - the dryer did not have much air flow through it to dry The surface light for the stove top did not work There were a number of light bulbs needing replacement.

Loved our vacation!

Condo was more than we expected! Beautiful and clean. Lots of extra pillows, blankets, games, books! Kitchen better equipped than anywhere we have stayed. Didnt realize 3rd Bedroom was an open loft with no privacy. Were aware of renovations and pool closure but didnt expect the extent. Our balcony view was obstructed by scaffolding and no access to pool loungers. Lounger cushions were on the balcony but no loungers. Parking was limited as well. Checkout process was easy!

Yes, this building (as described on our website with pictures and verbiage ) will not be complete until the end of June 2024. Unfortunately, the Regime cannot allow guests to use pool loungers for safety reasons and this is why there was a huge price reduction during the time of construction. The unit was okay, but the description and the photos are a bit deceiving. The unit is a two-bedroom unit with a loft that overlooks the living room that has two beds. It is NOT a three-bedroom unit. The balcony photos make the balcony look a lot larger than it really is. On top of that, a realtor knocked on the door in the middle of the week to show the unit to a potential buyer telling me that it is for sale and the owner told her to just go in. We had no notice. For the weekly price of this unit, there are better options on the island.
