A beautiful waterfront beach home with Intercoastal waterway views. Perfect for a beach-goer's getaway, an angler's escape, or anything in between. This updated Holden Beach canal home is ready to welcome you for your next family holiday. Boasting a beautiful interior, this spacious home showcases amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway, outdoor areas, and dock with direct canal access from the back, so bring your own boat, jet ski, fishing poles, kayaks or paddleboards! Enjoy a short walk (0.5mi.) to the beach, ice cream shop, surf shop and the general store!

The home is equipped for groups of up to 12 to enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom #1 - King bed. Bedroom #2 - King bed. Bedroom #3 - Full over Full bunk with trundle. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin beds with a Full over top. Plush sofa seating and a smart TV are ready to welcome family gatherings in the living area. The kitchen comes well-equipped for stress-free meal planning. There is plenty of mealtime seating between the dining table and breakfast bar. Enjoy an outdoor living area underneath the home with a smart TV as well. Home essentials include free Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, private washer/dryer, and outdoor shower. The boat and boat lift are NOT for rental use.

For an additional daily fee, you also have the option to rent a street legal, six-seater golf cart for easy cruising! Beach access parking pass is already included on the cart!

Great vacation
