This waterfront property is a haven of peace and serenity, nestled among trees and surrounded by the sound of chirping birds. Golf enthusiasts will be ecstatic to learn that they're in the middle of five different golf courses.

For other ways to enjoy the outdoors, try Stump Pass Beach State Park at the close by Manasota Key. Don Pedro Island is another exciting option. With the many marinas and parks nearby, you can have fun on the water or in it. Speaking of enjoying the water, your vacation home is only about 35 miles away from Siesta Key Beach, so bring your beach gear and make a day of it.

The house comes complete with a private enclosed pool, with a pool heater and cooler for added comfort. Take a dip and relax in the warm sunshine afterward in the outdoor seating area, complete with lounge and pool chairs. You can also enjoy some delicious barbecues on the patio, utilizing the provided gas grill. Inside, ample soft seating, a full kitchen, a large dining table and a credenza, and comfortable bedrooms (two of which offer TVs for evening entertainment) are prepared to make everyone feel right at home. Utilize the private washer/dryer when your swimsuits need refreshing. And sit in the sunroom when you need a break from the sun's rays but still want to soak in its light.

Things to Know
Adult guests are not allowed to sleep on the bunk beds, particularly the top bed, as they cannot support the weight.
The fees for heating the pool apply when the heating equipment is turned on. Even if the outside temperature during your stay is too cold for the heater to heat the 15k gallon pool to the set temperature, the charges will still apply because the equipment is on and running. When temperatures are too low for any period of time pool heating is almost impossible, but if the heater is on, it is running, and the costs to keep it that way will apply.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
