If you've stayed at Lance's West #6 before, you will be pleasantly surprised at all the wonderful new upgrades (and no more coin laundry!). Located right in the center of it all, it would be an ideal spot for your Breckenridge vacation.

Lances West is located just across the street, and a short walk, from the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift for the ultimate ski convenience without the huge price tag of ski in and out. Or hop on the bus just across the street which will take you to any of our base areas. You can also walk to town and experience Main Street Breckenridge and the multitude of experiences that await you. Around the rear of the complex you will have access to the Columbine pool and hot tubs for a fun and relaxing escape after a day at the ski area.

Located on the second floor, this condo offers a warm and inviting ambiance and plenty of room for the family. Upon entering, you will find a large foyer with plenty of storage for de-gearing after a long day on the mountain. Upstairs you will be greeted with a large living room complete with a fireplace and private deck overlooking the ski area. Just off the living room is the functional kitchen which is fully-stocked with all you will need to prepare dinner for the family. Above the living room is a cozy loft with sleeping room for 4 people (children would be ideal in these twin beds). Downstairs are 2 large bedrooms with queen beds. The master has its own fireplace.. All mattresses were just replaced in Summer 2021.

If you are looking for a convenient walk to the slopes location, a cozy interior, ski area views, pool and hot tub access, free shuttle access, and the ease of strolling to downtown Breck, this Lances West is your vacation spot.

Guys Ski Trip

We had 8 guys in for a ski trip. It was a little cramped for all of us, but was exactly how it was advertised. Clean and affordable. Would stay again.

Great Location!

Lances West is a great location with easy access to the slopes. The condo was in great condition with all the amenities we needed. When we had trouble working the TV, the management company was super friendly, helpful and quick to respond and help figure out the problem, even sending a staff person over to the condo. The only thing that was tricky is the lock on the front door - it was hard to unlock and lock. Great stay overall!

Great condo for ski trip!

Our party of 6 stayed here for a 3-day family ski trip and it was perfect. Plenty of room to relax in the condo, easy walking access to Breck and ski lifts, plus a minute away from hot tubs! Would stay there again!

Great location and awesome communication!

We had the perfect stay at this property. Everywhere we ate was less than a 10 minute drive and other days we had no issues walking (even to the slopes)! We arrived to town earlier than expected and management accommodated that by allowing us to check in early. My friends mentioned their beds weren’t as comfortable as hoped for but overall we had a great stay.

Conveniently located

Good experience. Easy walk to Quicksilver, the property is split on 3 levels, the dinning and living room have some views on the mountains. The water heater tank is big enough to accommodate several warm showers (it’s worth to be noted…)

Great Condo for a Ski Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend this to others - condo was very clean, well-kept, nicely furnished. Great location! 2nd floor, you can see the ski runs on Peaks 9 and 10 from the balcony. 10-minute walk in ski boots to the bottom of the chairlift, 10 minute walk to Breckenridge Brewery & Pub and the start of the downtown strip. 3 minute walk to pool and hot tubs. Note that only 1 parking space available, if you have more vehicles you will need to park others across town. Check this one out, it's a great value, you'll love it!

Nice Condo

Good location, it is not a very far walk to the lifts and main street and there is a shuttle stop directly across the street for those who prefer to ride instead of walk. <1 minute walk to the hot tubs and pool. Columbine pool/hot tubs are among the best in town and a strong selling point on the Warriors Mark neighborhood for me. The condo itself is nicely furnished with comfortable beds in the bedrooms, although the mattresses on the loft could use upgrading. The windows in the loft create a strong crossflow when opened in the summer evenings. This is a very nice condo. I have been to Breckenridge 20+ times, mostly in the winter, and would definitely book this condo again.

Great location

It was our 1st time visiting Breckenridge and I understand the comments about the steps (31) to get to the unit. However, our discomfort was solely the result of the altitude! We are from the East coast, sea level, so every set of steps was hard! The unit was perfect for the 3 of us, comfortable and convenient. The ability to walk to the ski lift and to town was ideal. If I had any recommendation to make things better, it would be the addition of food storage containers for leftovers. Thankfully, someone had left some plastic wrap. We would recommend this unit!

School's out Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lackluster at best. I was very disappointed with this place. We have stayed in several places in Breckenridge and this one is by far the worst! Mattresses were worn out and 4 of the beds useless because of the placement. Even an older child could not sit up in bed without hitting their head on the ceiling! No cushions in the 2 chairs on the deck! Broken photos in bottoms of closets! Bed linens on the "full" size beds didn't even properly fit the bed. They had extra pillows but didn't have any coverings for them! We will not use this property again!

Fire Your Housekeepers and Update Master Bedroom

I wish I could attach pictures. It’s been a long time since the bedrooms were dusted. Headboard coated, tables, fireplace and every surface below eye level. Sliding glass door covered in sticky handprints. Coffee table and side tables covered in sticky stuff. Master bedroom dresser falling apart. Found previous renters underwater and bra IN THE SHEETS in the master. Toaster broken and toasts on one side. Fridge makes loud clicking sounds. I would rate the location and the furnishings in other rooms than master pretty high. Master bedroom needs to get serious help. Beds comfortable. Location pretty good. Bathrooms update and nice Clean the place. It was gag worthy and we ended up Arriving at 11pm only to clean. Gross. Also - code to trash dumpsters not provided but require you to throw away. Had to call office and was given wrong code. Asked a neighbor, got the right code and called office to provide them with it. I have pictures if anyone wants them.
