Exceeded our expectations!

This property is perfect. No detail was overlooked in the renovation and every inch of space in the house was utilized in an efficient way. It fit my family of 6 just fine. It was sparkling clean and Marisa included everything we needed and then some. The location was great for restaurants, ice cream, beaches, etc. and it has a nice big yard for the kids to play in. Marisa was super responsive as well and clearly takes a lot of pride in her property. 10/10, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Newly Renovated Jewel

My family of four adults had a very enjoyable stay in this house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from iconic Brickley's Ice Cream, a 15 minutes drive to Monahan's for an excellent lobster roll and a 10- minute drive to the main beach. It is newly renovated and there are four comfortable bed rooms. It comes with new, luxury sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and all the basic household items which are helpful so you don't have to shop immediately. The lovely host, Marisa, lives nearby and allowed us to get into the house early on the day of arrival. She was responsive to pre-trip questions and available during our stay for any issues. We look forward to staying there again!
