Excellent place to stay for a short visit to the RI beachfront. Plan ahead to bring sheets and towels but everything else is easily accessible.

Good spot and great little house! Close to everywhere. Nice sized house and good outdoor space. You do have to bring your own linens which was more of a pain but that was made very clear from the beginning. Air conditioning, fans and open windows which was crucial. Would love to come back!

The owners were responsive and continued the legacy of their father to share their home. The book they left to share the story was a good way to start the trip. The rental was extremely clean and they added modern conveniences wherever they could. The Keurig is pot and pod. There are air conditioners andceiling fans which keep the temperature comfortable. The queen and double beds are comfortable. The weight restriction on the bed intended for children should be a little clearer.It's a great area and the walking is terrific.
