About this property

Spacious 3 Bedroom Home In Beautiful Higley Park - Patio with Endless Pool

We have a spacious three bedroom home with all new furniture and accessories. It has carpet and tiled floors. It is decorated with Arizona art and colors, which adds to the bright, sunny environment Gilbert has to offer.

All three bedrooms have been tastefully decorated. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a large bathroom of its own including a double vanity, private commode, garden tub, separate shower and a walk in closet. There is a second full bathroom that services the other two bedrooms.

The kitchen has granite counter-tops and is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to feel right at home. There are two tables. The one in the dining room seats six and is a great place to play games or do puzzles besides being a good place for a family dinner. The other table seats four. There is a patio with a gas grill ready and waiting for your choice of entrée. The patio has lights for evening dips in the pool or a glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful Arizona evenings. A washer and dryer are on the first floor and are provided for your convenience.

There is a comfortable couch, love seat and rocker recliner to use while watching the 65 inch TV or DVD. There is a fireplace to enjoy while watching your favorite TV show. In addition, there is a TV in the Master Bedroom and another in the Family Room.

When you feel a bit warm, there is an Endless Pool to do laps against a current or just sit and relax. There is a larger community pool to enjoy as well along with a splash pad for the little ones. With a garage and automatic garage door opener, there's secure parking available.

The home is located close to the Lower 202 and Higley Road in the beautiful Higley Park Neighborhood. The location is close to grocery stores, restaurants, work-out facilities, the SanTan Village Shopping Mall, Agritopia, a walking path, basketball court and so much more. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is great for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Arizona.
