The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 12 guests. 3 of the rooms are located inside the main house and the 4th room is privately tucked away in a detached casita with its own entrance and full bathroom. The open-plan living and dining is perfect for spending time together, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the family.
The large windows in the home let in plenty of natural light and provide breathtaking views of the lush surroundings. The comfortable furnishings and soothing color palette create a relaxing atmosphere that is sure to help you unwind.

PETS:
-Dogs must be non-aggressive, small to medium sized house-trained dogs only. No other animals are allowed.
-A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on beds and sofas.
- Dogs cannot be left unattended on the property.
-There is a $150 pet fee and a $300 security deposit required. You will be charged a total of $450 (pet fees and security deposit) together. You will get back your security deposit after your stay if nothing is damage.
-Dogs should always be leashed.
-Dog waste must be immediately picked up and properly disposed of.
-Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 charge and possible eviction without refunds.
POOL & SPA HEATING
The Guest(s) who sign this agreement will be responsible to tell all other guests in their party of all potential hazards and rules. There are health risks associated with the use of Pool and Spa, use is strictly at your own risk.
-There is a pool heating fee of $100/day and $75 for the remaining days with a minimum of 2 days.
-The pool temperature will be heated to a temperature of 83 - 85 degrees.
-Pool heating must be paid for in advance and it will be ready upon your arrival.
-No food, drinks, or pets allowed inside the pool or jacuzzi as it can damage the filter.
Pool service is scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM . Gardening and trash pick up is scheduled on Mondays. Property is accessed by these providers without notice to the guests.
-Minors must be supervised by a capable adult age 23 or over at all times while in and around the pool/jacuzzi
- Please note to ensure the safety of the minors in the home, a pool guard door alarm is installed on the 2 sliding doors that lead to the pool.
PARKING:
Garage Spaces 2 vehicles. Driveway 2 vehicles. There is a Level 2, 50 amp universal EV charger with a Tesla adapter. All cars must be parked in the garage or in the driveway overnight. Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked in violation of this rule will subject the responsible owner to disciplinary action, including but not limited to fines, and/or immediate towing at the vehicle owner's expense.
TRASH:
Trash should be bagged and placed in trash cans that are located on the side of the house. Our cleaning crew will do the rest. Per city of Indio no trash should be left stored within public view.

Guests have 72 hours to complete and sign the short term rental contract packet that includes documents required by local laws in order to secure reservation. City of Indio Ordinance NO.1766
MINIMUM AGE AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to rent this property, and provide a copy of valid government-issued photo ID within 72 hours of booking acceptance. All guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult. You agree and affirm that the total occupancy shall not exceed 12 GUESTS/PERSONS (regardless of age), which is the maximum allowed for this property.
No third-party rentals: Guests signing this agreement must physically occupy the property during the entire rental period.
QUIET HOURS 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Occupants are prohibited from playing music and using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the quiet hours. Amplified sound is not permitted to be heard outside the home at any time. NO PARTIES AND OR EVENTS are permitted. If the noise ordinance is broken, guests will be penalized and asked to leave without refund.

Please Note:
SMOKING: Smoking and Vaping is NOT permitted inside the home. If physical evidence or odor of cigarette smoke is discovered inside the property after your rental a penalty fee of $350 will be applied.
We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. We have 3 surveillance cameras that view the front door, side yard and the driveway.
GAS FIREPLACE : The property gas fireplace inside the living room is not in service. Please use central heating.
LIABILITY WAIVER:
You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised. You understand riding provided bicycles is also at your own risk. We do not provide any helmet or any body protection equipment. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from riding our bicycles and hold the owner harmless. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual.
