Private backyard Tiki bar with fenced back yard and grill and fish cleaning sink. Fully appointed kitchen. Special pricing for monthly rental during off peak season. Rollaway bed Sleeps 9. Golf cart available as an option; price depends on length of stay but a fraction of the cost to rent at an off site agency.

Located in a quiet, mostly owner occupied neighborhood with access to Dolphin Street boat ramp for neighborhood properties so no waiting in long lines and park your trailer back at the house. Fenced back yard for dogs.
