Summer retreat, on sea side!!!!!!

This 120m2 property is set in small place on the coast itself, only 20m away from sea. It is right in between the UNESCO protected town of Kotor and Herceg Novi. It is a very quiet place perfect for families with kids, couples and single travelers. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets, sun tanning on deck chairs, swimming in extremely clean water on near by beaches.
The space
The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen is at the quests disposal. A small courtyard in front of the property is private for guests to use. WiFi and Air-con are also available on the property. The house is on two levels the upstairs level houses two bedrooms and a bathroom, lower level is where the living, dinning, kitchen and bathroom are situated.
Guest access
There is a small courtyard in front of the property only at the guests disposal as well as balcony.
A beach just in front of the house ... We organize a boat trips for our guests, fishing trips...
