House was just as advertised! Huge and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! A lot of steps to get down to the water, but a beautiful view! Everyone enjoyed their stay ages 2-73!
The house is very close to the steps/tram that leading to the lake. We had 22 people ranging in age from 5 to 70. Plenty of space for all, including parking. The resort has several options for non-lake activities (e.g., pickleball, pool, rec room, fishing, etc.).
Very spacious for our group of 14. All of the adults had their own king size bed. The 6 kids present enjoyed the community pool and nearby basketball hoop. They also enjoyed the lower level shuffleboard table, pool table and air hockey game. We loved use of the tram to get our coolers to and from the nearby dock. Our,only complaint was the gas grill provided was sub standard and should have been replaced for our stay.
We had our annual ladies' retreat in this wonderful huge and lovely home on the lake. There are 3 levels and 8 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and there were many rooms and choices for the people who are always hot (they chose the basement) and the people who needed quiet. The host was very responsive and caring when the an unusual downpour funneled rain through some faulty flashing. He immediately found a repairman to come and fix the offending gutter. We enjoyed our 3 day weekend will certainly come again if at all possible.
Overall this was a great stay for our large group. We had 8 adults and 11 kids; everyone fit in this house with a few pinch points. One first floor bedroom was converted from a dining room, so it was noisy late/early if others were in the kitchen. The basement was roomy and had entertainment, but bunk room was a bit tight on space. Amenities were great: outdoor shared pool, 4 bathrooms, pier access very close, stores close by. Spaces were a bit dated, lots of cobwebs, paper goods provided did not last through the 4 night stay, a bit musty smell; though none of this prevented our group from having a great time.
