First room we have ever gotten at the beach where we felt it was clean when we got there. 4th floor with designated spot on the 4th floor was great with the Shores of Panama elevators. Condo had extra beach chairs and toys in the pantry which was very nice. Condo did have bare minimum kitchen supplies but not that big of a deal if you are only doing breakfast and lunch at the condo. The AC was tremendous!! Would for sure stay here again.

Great location, the couch and chairs were wet and we had to sit at the table. We have stayed at Shores of Panama several times but stopped because of the cost of the rooms, parking and armbands. We thought we would give it a shot again. We will never rent from RealJoy or will we stay at the Shores of Panama again! They wouldn't even let me use a gurney unless I left a picture ID.

We had a wonderful time, the unit was nice and clean, awesome view from the balcony.There were some minor issues, the ice maker didn’t make ice, and the dryer was making really loud squeaking noise very annoying. I tried to call unfortunately the issue didn’t solve. Overall all we still love the unit and plans to come back. We highly recommend this unit.

The place was very nice. Staff was friendly. Overall we really liked the place. Only complaints we have is when they say they only give you starters of stuff, that is even a stretch. No soap in any bathrooms, no soap in kitchen, no wash clothes or kitchen towels, not even so much as one pod to run dishwasher. One bathroom did not even have toliet paper on the roll (did find some under the sink thankfully). Every vrbo I have ever stayed in usually has stuff previous renters have left behind to help with your stay (ex: salt, pepper, sandwich bags, foil) this place had nothing so keep all of that in mind when packing!

I’m sorry the starter supplies were lacking — missing soap, washcloths, kitchen towels, dishwasher pod and accessible toilet paper shouldn’t have been the case. We do provide a limited starter kit, but your notes made it clear we fell short this time. We’ve shared this with housekeeping and will review the turnover checklist and supply closet to make sure basic items are available for future guests. Thank you for staying with RealJoy.
