There are sleeping arrangements for 10 guests comfortably, with a queen master bedroom, a queen guest room, as well as a single bed, full bed, and trundle in the 2nd guest room, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. As of 12/20/23 parking pass prices for up to 2 vehicles are $25/each for stays of less than 10 days and $50/each for guests staying longer than 10 days. Wristbands are required for all guests over the age of 5 and they are $20/each for stays of less than 7 days and $40/each for guests staying longer than 7 days. These prices may be subject to change without notice. The most current pricing will be displayed in the online registration system provided at the time of booking.
