Older style Big Bear home located in the desirable Fox Farm area; this home has everything you need for a perfect escape! Experience a true mountain home at this location. Getaway Chalet is located on a large lot with room for snow play in the winter. Get some fresh air with you! Cozy up to the fireplace after a day on the slopes or a day of snowballs in the front yard. Wonderful Fox Farm location and central to shopping, Bear Mountain Ski Resort, golf course, and the new Alpine Zoo. Close to National Forest hiking trails.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, a TV, a beautiful brick wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has queen bed and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a twin bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - TVs with cable along with fast WiFI, board games, and card games.
OUTDOORS - Front deck with charcoal barbecue and patio chairs to enjoy the fresh air and birds chirping. Large fenced in back yard.
PARKING - 3 car driveway
