Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all sheets from beds that were used and place in laundry basket in each room. Please put all towels that were used in the washer and start the load. 
Please remove all food from the home. There is a Giving Box by the Firehall on Sherman Street for any non-perishables you do not want. Please place trash in the large garbage can outside the home.
Take a final walk through the home to ensure you have all your personal belongings. Please turn off all the lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful weekend! Location was great. We biked, hiked, swam and kayaked. Being in town was a central hub. Town is fun to visit. Comfy beds, a nice kitchen and roomy front porch were some of the qualities we appreciated.

Perfect Ohiopyle weekend

House is in the heart of ohiopyle. Everything is walkable. Appliances, tvs, beds, rooms are all as described. This place was perfect for our stay!

GAP ride

Stay here with friends while riding the GAP trail. Nice and clean with a great location. The outside grill could be updated but other than that it was fine. Easy accessing the property.

Great location great time

Place was in the heart of Ohiopyle, we were able to wake up in the morning for a short walk to the coffee house two blocks away. Then after our rafting trip we walked 100 yards to the local restaraunt/tavern.House was spacious. Clean, huge bedrooms, huge bathroom upstaits, nice one downstairs. Wi-fi worked great.

My family met my brothers family at this location. It was perfect. There was plenty of room. The location is nice, safe and conveniently located by everything. We will definitely be visiting again 😊

Lovely Ohiopyle

This a great place to stay to enjoy all the wonderful things to do in Ohiopyle! Walk anywhere and front porch is delightful. Strong odor from air fresheners!

Quaint home

Enjoyed our stay at the Ferncliff guest house. Easy check in process. Home was well stocked with essentials. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Mattresses were quite soft and furniture was dated but added to the charm of an older home. We enjoyed using the bbq grill and the fire pit.

Friends Weekend

We had a group of 4 couples book for the weekend. The front porch was the perfect space for us to hang out & catch up. We appreciated all the linens and towels being provided along with paper towels toilet paper, hand and dish soap. There were some kitchen items there that came in handy as well. We enjoyed walking around the town and visiting cucumber falls. Hoping to make this an annual trip.
