The unit provides you and your family with a wonderfully safe place to relax, unwind and enjoy a tropical paradise in our quaint beachy town. From unique dining to long sandy beaches…New Smyrna Beach is a great place for a family-friendly experience for your Florida vacation. This unit features all tile floors and a tropical theme throughout. Also, each bedroom PLUS the living room have a TV. There is one recliner, a love seat and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (heartbeats!). Very beachy and well appointed. This unit exudes happiness!

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay here. I liked having the property managers right there on site so that if you have a problem they could help. Only issues - elevator seems that it is held together with duct tape, and kitchen supplies were pretty spartan. But overall would stay again.
