This bright and relaxing condominium is located on the “NO DRIVE” section of the beach in lovely New Smyrna.
Ready for your outdoor pleasure, we provide AMPLE BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS, a BOOGIE BOARD a skim board, sand toys, a cooler, and more! If you should need it, a beach cart is provided to conveniently carry your cargo! Or, if tennis is your game, rackets and balls are here for you to play!
Additionally, you will be able to appreciate all the comforts of home with FREE SECURE 1K FIBEROPTIC WIFI. All SMART TV's HAVE UPGRADED CABLE. Having lived in the state of Florida for most of our lives, we practically consider ourselves natives. We met and married in South FL, and over a decade later we were brought to lovely Central FL, the place we have called our home for 22+ years.
Why they chose this property
We were over the moon thrilled when we purchased this condo more than a decade ago. It had been a dream of ours for many years to own a piece of the beach! As we were looking up and down New Smyrna Beach for that special place, we knew this was 'the one' the minute we entered the gates. The buildings and premises are incredibly well maintained with lots of beautiful foliage. The property's beach area feels private and is long and wide. The first time we walked out to take a look at the beach and ocean, to our surprise, there they were - a pod of dolphins! Who wouldn't want to spend their vacation here?
When we stay, if we are not walking the beach, you'll find us taking a swim or sitting beside the geothermal heated pool in a lounge chair looking at the beach and listening to the waves. We love being able to see the ocean from a comfy lounge chair... very relaxing!!!
Of course, we LOVE having wonderful guests to share our beautiful vacation condo too! Thank you so very much for considering a stay with us!

When here, you will notice that we, (RuthAnn and David), have worked hard to make this a comfortable place for your special vacation. We have all the towels you will need... Hairdryers are provided so you can fit more important things in your suitcases. We keep our kitchen well stocked for easy cooking. Additionally, we add many extras that other places may not have - such as TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, and other seasonings, some plastic wraps, paper goods, and foil. We know that it's sometimes hard for you to travel with these items, and often costly to make those purchases for just one week's use. We sincerely hope that you can see that we are thinking of YOU!
Further, we are so happy to have our wide unobstructed direct ocean view... Did we mention that yet? :-) The balcony is big, the views of the ocean from inside the condo are fantastic, and it feels so open and airy. Staying in this unit is a great experience for getting away from it all and it gives one the feeling of tranquil relaxation! We are blessed to call this beautiful place our own and are so pleased to share it with YOU!
