Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Cottage has just what you need while away from home. Beautiful view to wake up to in the mornings and awesome to see the alligators in the canals. We will be back if the opportunity arises again.

Had a wonderful stay at the beautiful cottage. The lake was so nice, clear and the atmosphere was very quiet. Very relaxing okace to stay and everyone we met was very friendly. The cottage had everything you would need. We would stay there again. The host was very attentive to all communication. Great time!

Beautiful property! Only issue we had was the second bedroom really needs it's own mini split ac, it was terribly hot in there. Otherwise, we had a blast! The kids enjoyed finding gators in the canal every day.

2nd summer in a row staying at this property. Nice, relaxing and easy lake access. Only an hour trip to North Myrtle Beach or Wilmington area beaches if you want a beach day. Would def stay here again.

The house is very nice. You won’t regret it! They let us have 1 dog and there wasn’t an extra fee for him. There is also a fenced in area to the side of the house that I didn’t even notice in the listing. Our 2 year old son did great and we all loved the view of the lake. The only thing I have to say is bring a fan because with the glass on the whole front of the house, during the day, it can be very hot in some areas of the house. Great place for a small family to stay!

Nice peaceful stay at the lake . Easy to find and easy lake access from the house. Nice and cozy and pet friendly. Would stay again. Only thing needed is AC in the front bedroom . Otherwise .. a nice VRBO find ..

Myself, my husband and our dog really enjoyed our vacation. We don't go anywhere without our dog so it being pet friendly was the major draw. We were able to bring our kayaks and easily launch them into the lake to go fishing. We also got to watch the alligators in the back channel which was fun. The yard service guy came during our trip so it's obvious that the grounds are well kept. The inside looks very updated. It is conveniently located near some local restaurants and necessities like groceries, gas, etc. We would definitely consider coming back for another visit.

Wow, just wow. If you have never been to Lake Waccamaw, now is the time to go. Time to relax in a serene 2 bed home steps to the 85 degree water. Less than knee high for 100 yards. Peaceful amd laid back. This home and host are rock solid Neighbors are great. Make sure you are ready to relax! Get away from the hustle and bustle. I cant say enough! Thank you!! Ps. The gators are in the canal, not the lake, relax!
