Enjoy the best of tiny home living in this new custom-built home. Lots of amenities are packed into this small space including comfortable seating, a large fully stocked eat-in kitchen, full-size bath, spacious bedroom, and washer and dryer. It has 16ft ceilings in the living area and two lofts for extra storage.

Set in a storybook town, the community is friendly, quiet, and peaceful. The property has lots of privacy with scenic views of the canal and it is located across the street from the largest natural freshwater lake on the east coast. Just steps from the house is a private lake access for you to swim, fish, relax, watch sunrises, and enjoy being at the lake. The spacious yard comes with a firepit and seating as well as a regulation cornhole course and a private parking lot. There is also a private golf cart parking area with charging access. Lake Waccamaw is a golf cart friendly town. Bring your own or rentals are available. Many other amenities and attractions can be found here. You'll never want to leave!

Great place, petted for two

This was a great stay. Bull frogs singing in the night was wonderful. It is just a short drive to the boys and girls home equestrian park.
