Stay in a modern and cozy 200SF studio style condo just moments away to Glendon Beach!

This stylish airy and bright poolside retreat is perfect for couples and solo travelers. A slider door offers direct access to the shared pool area. The kitchenette features quartz counters, a sink, refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, and a microwave.

Enjoy a restful night's sleep with a memory foam mattress and black-out curtains. The home also has a Roku TV for you to enjoy your favorite shows.

The Space:

★ 200 square foot studio space with combined bedroom, living area , kitchenette, and dining area.
★ One FREE designated parking space.
★ Glendon Beach is just 0.3 miles walking distance
★ Direct poolside access to the shared swimming pool (opens mid-June - September)
★ Free High Speed Internet / WiFi
★ We provide fresh sheets, linens, and cotton towels during your stay
★ Full size bed (sleeps up to 2)
★ Comfortable & luxurious memory foam mattress and black-out shades for a good night sleep.
★ Small kitchenette (not including Dishwasher) for basic meal prep, with a toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, small fridge, plates/glasses, and silverware.
★ Bathroom with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer
★ Beach chairs and umbrella provided
★ 24" Smart Roku TV - Connect to Netflix, Hulu, etc. (Guests log-in using their own accounts)
★ Shared patio area available for guest use

Please note:

★ This is a small apartment (200 square feet). It is ideal for 1-2 adult guests.
★ One assigned parking space is provided.
★ Condo is located on the 1st floor
★ There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the complex.
★ Towels, linens, and bedding provided to all guests except for beach towels.
★ Swimming pool opens early June - September

Non-smoking policy: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo or in the building common areas. Breaking our non-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine.

Everything you need and nothing you don't

Great place to spend a week (or two) for a solo vacationer (or two). Everything you need to enjoy staying at a short walk from the ocean is there. More importantly, nothing you don't need is not. Nice location, highly recommended!

Cute cottage

The cottage was as advertised. It was small but very well stocked with a great utilization of space. Everything was clean and comfy. The bath towels were so thick and luxurious. There were games, an iron/iron board, and well stocked kitchen and anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was very responsive and even came in to change the sheets when we found stains on them. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod.

The room was a lot smaller than expected and the add said steps to beach. A 5 minute walk is not steps. Rug was stained. Pool area was nice.
