My wife and I have been in the valley for 15 years and love the Arrowhead area. So many things close by; biking trails, sporting events, restaurants and entertainment. We also have hiking trails that are close by and we try to get out and hit the trails in this perfect weather in the Valley of the Sun.
Why they chose this property
There are so many reasons why I love this house; the open floor plan, huge family room and just the overall spaciousness. My favorite feature of this house is the backyard and the view of the golf course. We see frequent flyers like; owls, harris and red-tailed hawks navigating through the skies and mature trees lining the golf course.
