Beautiful, spacious home with everything we needed for a terrific stay! The backyard and pool were absolutely beautiful, and we especially enjoyed having such a large backyard to relax and spend time together. The property manager was very responsive and communicated well with us both before and during our stay. The neighborhood was wonderful, with great restaurants and shopping conveniently located nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home!

The house was extremely clean. The layout of the property was great for our party. The communication with the property manager prior to our stay and during our stay was wonderful and very responsive when we had questions. The pool was very clean and we really enjoyed it. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star rating was the backyard furniture needs some upkeep and power washing.

Spacious, clean home. Beautiful backyard with large pool. Accommodating seating in backyard - sun for those who wanted it and shade for those that didn’t. Could have used a couple more loungers, based on occupancy of house. Perhaps trim landscaping so it doesn’t hang in pool. But still a five star stay! Excellent communication with owner prior to arrival. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location - close to shopping for groceries, Target, Costco, etc. Easy drive to hiking, Scottsdale, Sloan Park.Great spaces for hanging out (living room, kitchen backyard).Kitchen area is great; kitchen supplies not so great. I had seen on a previous review about how terrible the pots/pans were so I assumed that would have been corrected. It was not. They are all pretty bad. Had an issue with the pool heater that was fixed in a timely manner.

Excellent backyard and kitchen. The 4th bedroom and bath are in the garage which was unexpected and the joining bathroom and shower are in the laundry room ( felt a little creepy) Worst part though is that shower has no door or curtain. too bad because the rest of the house was great. Lots of games to choose from which was fun. And the host was quick to respond which was also good.

Nice property with fun activities.

I went with a large group of my family, 3 families total, and we had a blast. There were plenty of things/games to do throughout the property both indoor and out. This was particularly really nice because we didn’t feel like you were constantly in someone’s way. The only negative I could say is, I felt like the house could have been cleaned a bit better, but that was no issue when looking back at the weekend.

A Flawless Stay – Exceeded Every Expectation!

From start to finish, this experience was nothing short of exceptional. The process—from booking, communication, detailed instructions, to closing up—was seamless and well above par.The property itself is absolutely stunning and purpose-built for entertaining. We stayed for 11 nights and were continually impressed by the thoughtful layout and amenities. The backyard and pool were the true showstoppers—easily surpassing all expectations and creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and connection. This home is, without a doubt, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. We visit the Phoenix area often, and this property will absolutely be a repeat destination for us. Thank you for providing such a memorable, high-quality experience. It truly made this one of our best trips ever.

We had a great time overall, the property is very spacious and the outdoor area is quite nice. We had a group of 10 (2 couples, 4 kids and 2 individual adults) the one bed in the game room was not a standard size and was just a mattress on the floor that one of our adults had to use. The other bedroom bed was a double so for couples it’s tight. There were also a few simple things that could turn a very good review into an excellent one. The “bed” in the game room is not an adult size bed it sits on the floor in very cramped space. I’d remove the table and 3 chairs and put a single bed along the wall. The kitchen is also very limited in terms of cooking supplies especially when cooking for a crowd and for food storage. The 8x8 cake pan is literally corroded rust, there was not a single casserole type or cake pan for oven cooking. Spend 200 at the Ross store and get some better cookware and Tupperware food storage oh and some butter knives.I also recommend a shower curtain for the laundry room shower. It was a quiet neighborhood. And when I text the manager with questions they were responding quickly. I would stay here again.
